CRIME NO.2338 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions viz., 6(b) the petitioners shall stay at Thanjavur report before the Thanjavur East Police Station every day at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and petitioners shall not enter into jurisdiction limits of the respondent police for the period of four weeks imposed on the petitioners by this Hon'ble Court order dated 10.09.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.13035 of 2020 in Crime NO.2338 of 2020 on the file of Inspector of Police, Thiruthuraipoondi Police Station, Thiruvarur District.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.ARIVAZHAGAN, Advocate for the Petitioners and of MR.N.S.SUGANTHAN, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:-

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13035 of 2020 on 10.09.2020.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and the investigation has been completed, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. -sd/- 22/11/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
