This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for transfer of investigation in CSR No.136/2022 pending on the file of the second respondent.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that CSR No.136/2022 was enquired and closed by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Vellakovil Police Station.

3. In view of the above, no further orders can be passed in this petition. If the petitioner is aggrieved over the same, it is left open to him to approach the concerned Court by filing a petition u/s.156(3) of Cr.P.C.
