This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to bring on record the respondents 3 and 4 herein as the legal heirs of deceased 1st respondent in the above revision as respondents 3 and 4.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has no serious objections to implead the respondents in the main petition.
