The present petition has been filed under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, (hereinafter referred to as 'Act') praying to appoint an Arbitrator, for adjudicating the disputes that have arisen between the petitioners and respondents under the Lease Agreement dated 22.07.2002.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 & 4 submitted in unison that the disputes which have arisen between the parties have been amicably resolved and the parties have entered into a Joint Compromise Memo and therefore, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication. They have also filed the said Joint Compromise Memo dated 26.11.2024 signed by both the parties, before this Court.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 & 4 coupled with the Joint Compromise Memo filed by them, this petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. 26.11.2024 mrr Index : Yes/No 3/4
