C.M.P.No.19160 of 2021 in CRP [NPD] No.1781 of 2015 J.NISHA BANU, J.

This petition has been filed to bring on record the proposed respondents 3 and 4 as the legal heirs of the deceased first respondent in the Civil Revision Petition in CRP.No.1781 of 2015.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would state that the first respondent died on 14.47.2021 leaving behind the proposed respondents as his legal heirs. Hence, the present petition has been filed to implead the proposed respondents as the legal heirs of the first respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents have no objection in allowing this application.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is Ordered as prayed for.
