ORDER

This petition is filed for return of documents from the second respondent college.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the University informs the court that the college has since returned the documents and a communication to that effect has been communicated to the petitioner and the petitioner has acknowledged receipt of those documents and this has been communicated by the college to the University, which in turn has instructed the counsel to report to the court. The said statement of the learned counsel is recorded. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner ascertain the statement of the counsel for the respondent. Recording the statement of both the counsel, this court holds that the writ petition has become infructuous and hence it is liable to be closed.
