ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU,J] The petitioner is the father of one Mohana, aged 21 years. On the allegation that she has been found missing from 15.4.2016, the petitioner has come up with this present Habeas Corpus Petition.

2. We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the complaint made is thoroughly enquired into. Since on the statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

we find that it is a case of elopement, that the detenue has eloped with the second respondent and since there is no abduction or illegal detention we are not in a position to grant relief as prayed for.

4. Therefore, the petition is dismissed.
