ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent police to register an FIR on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 26.08.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted and the same was closed against the petitioner on 30.09.2021. Therefore, the direction sought for in this petition is not granted.
