O R D E R

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents 2 and 4 to not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry, based on the representation of the petitioner dated 19.05.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a School Teacher and she had borrowed money from the defato complainant for construction of house and that the dispute is purely civil in nature, whereas, the police are unnecessarily interfering and threatening the petitioner. Hence, the present petition is filed.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

4. It is seen that the petitioner a Government servant. The Government Servants should obtain prior permission from their department for borrowal of loan, whereas, the petitioner has not followed the due process of law. Therefore, she is not entitled to get the relief as sought for since she is not a law abiding citizen.

5. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 2/4
