C.M.P.No.23955 of 2024 in S.A.SR.No.98902 of 2024 T.V.THAMILSELVI , J, This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1881 days in filing the appeal, 2.Heard both sides.

3.On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to condone the delay, with costs. The petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand only) to the learned counsel for the respondents, within a period of two weeks from today and on such payment the delay of 1881 days in filling the above appeal, is condoned.

Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous petition is allowed.

Registry is directed to list the above Second Appeal after numbering the same, if it is otherwise in order, on 16.12.2024.
