Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for the petitioner to deposit the amount and surrender and produced the sureties before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, as per the condition imposed by this Hon`ble High Court in the above Crl.O.P.16601 of 2021 dated 15.09.2021.
