ORDER

S.VAIDYANATHAN,J & SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J This contempt petition is filed alleging non compliance of the order 1/4

passed by this Court on 26.04.2021 in W.P.No.10328 of 2021.

2. Today when this matter is taken up, it is represented by learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondent that the order passed by this Court on 26.04.2021 has been complied with. He has also produced the proceedings of the 1st Respondent dated 17.02.2022 to that effect.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on either side and recording the proceedings dated 17.02.2022, nothing survives for further adjudication in this contempt petition. Hence this contempt petition stands closed. However, it is made clear that if the petitioner is aggrieved by the proceedings dated 17.02.2022, it is open to him to challenge the same in the manner known to law. No costs.
