The Petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the Respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 406, 417 & 506 (ii) of IPC in Crime No.not known of 2023 on the file of the Respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that as far as Respondent Police Station is concerned, there is no case or investigation pending against the Petitioner.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition is closed and consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
