This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11690 of 2022 dated 04.07.2022, passed by this Court to report before the trial Court on all working day at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11690 of 2022 dated 06.07.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on every hearing date and also on every Monday of every month at 10.30.a.m., until further orders. (If Monday is holiday, the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on next working day).
