This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15158 of 2022 dated 06.07.2022, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police twice daily at 10.30.a.m., and 04.30.p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions. He would further submit that investigation completed and final report also filed.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15158 of 2022 dated 06.07.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Special Court for Trial of NDPS Act Cases, Villupuram on every first and third Monday of every month at 10.30.a.m., until further orders. (If the first and third Monday is holiday, the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on next working day).
