ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU,J] The petitioner is the father of one N.Israel Zinzendorf. According to the petitioner, his son is aged about 17 years as his https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

date of birth is 09.05.1998. The allegation is that he has been kidnapped by the 1st respondent with the help of the respondents 2 and 3. Since the boy was not rescued by the police, according to the petitioner, he was forced to file this Habeas Corpus Petition. 2.

Today, when the matter was taken up, the 6th respondent produced the detenu N.Israel Zinzendorf.

On enquiry, he told that he left the house on his own volition and has not been detained illegally by anyone. Now, he expressed his willingness to go along with his parents. 4.

The petitioner and his wife, who are the parents of the detenu, are also present before this Court.

The statement of the detenu is recorded and accordingly, he is let off with liberty to him either to live with the petitioner or to live anywhere according to his wish. 6.

With the above observation, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
