Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that this petition has been filed to condone the delay of 97 days in representing the above C.M.A.S.R.No.95161 of 2025.

2. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Petition is allowed on condition that the Petitioner is not entitled to claim interest for the period of delay of 97 days and the delay of 97 days is condoned.

3. Learned Counsel further submits that his junior names only had been printed in the cause list and he requested to print his name in the cause list.

4. Registry is directed to number the Appeal if it is otherwise in order, and to print the name of Mr.S.Vadivel, Roll.No.615-1981, learned Counsel for the Appellant in the Appeal, when the Appeal is listed before this Court.
