C.M.P.Nos.17443 to 17445 of 2019 have been filed to condone the delay of 971 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the respondent viz., M.Nazeer Ahmed; to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the respondent; to bring on record the respondents 2 to 4 as legal representatives of the deceased respondent in the above C.R.P.

2.Mr.Raja Loganathan, the learned counsel representing Mr.G.Ilangovan, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent has no objection for ordering C.M.P.No.17443 of 2019.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of C.M.P.No.17443 of 2019 and in view of the no objection given by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, C.M.P.No.17443 of 2019 is ordered. In view of the order passed in C.M.P.No.17443 of 2019, C.M.P.Nos.17444 & 17445 of 2019 are also ordered.

4.The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in C.R.P.(NPD)No.2360 of 2015 and list the matter on 07.01.2022.
