2. COD prayer is qua delay in filing claim petition in Form No.66.
3. Mr.K.Subramanian, learned counsel on record for applicant adverting to support affidavit submits that the original deposit receipt was misplaced during whitewashing of the applicant's house and it was located only recently.
4. Mr.Pamarthi Sridhar, learned 'Official Liquidator attached to this Court' [hereinafter 'OL' for the sake of convenience and clarity] submits that he has no serious objection or opposition to COD prayer in captioned application.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, COD prayer is acceded to i.e., captioned application is ordered as prayed for and delay is condoned albeit subject to condition that the applicant should file Form No.66 before OL along with original support papers on or before 16.09.2022 failing which the captioned application will stand dismissed without reference to this Court.
6. Captioned application ordered on the above terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
