ORDER

The petitioner/father seeks expeditious disposal of G.W.O.P.No.434 of 2022 before the Principal District court, Thiruvallur.

2. It is the categorical case of the revision petitioner that the wife has chosen to remarry and moved away from India and the child is in the custody of the maternal P.B.BALAJI, J.

RLI grandparents. Therefore, the petitioner has filed a petition seeking guardianship in the 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

3. In view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

4. In the light of the above, I am inclined to direct the Principal District Judge, Thiruvallur to complete the pleading by 29.08.2025 and dispose of the GWOP.No.434 of 2022 along with interlocutory application on or before 31.10.2025.
