ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to conduct the inspection in the site and to provide

3/6 Inspection Certificate to the petitioner in order to enable the petitioner to participate in the tender notification dated 05.06.2025. 2.Heard Mr.A.Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.E.Veda Bagath Singh, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the last date for submission of the tender has been extended to 14.07.2025 and the online tender will be opened on 15.07.2025 and that the 3rd respondent will visit the site and issue the Site Visit Certificate to the petitioner. The written instructions received from the 3rd respondent was also placed before this Court.

4.In the light of the above submission and the written instructions given by the 3rd respondent, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to conduct

4/6 the site inspection and to convey the decision to the petitioner on or before 10.07.2025.
