O R D E R

This contempt petition is filed by the petitioner alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 27.07.2021 made in W.P.No.15416 of 2021 by the respondents herein.

2.The petitioner herein filed W.P.No.15416 of 2021 for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents in the writ petition to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.02.2021. 3.In the representation of the petitioner dated 08.02.2021, the petitioner sought for an appointment order to the post of Junior Assistant under PSTM 2/6

[Person studied in Tamil Medium].

4.This Court, vide order dated 27.07.2021, disposed of the writ petition with the following direction:- ''Considering the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation or the case projected by her in this writ petition, directs the respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 08.02.2021 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner herein.''

5.By communication dated 26.02.2021, the petitioner's representation was disposed of, informing that the petitioner's representation cannot be considered in view of the pendency of lis before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. 6.Since this Court has only directed the respondents to consider the representation and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, this Court finds that the order has been complied with. 3/6

7.Hence, the contempt petition is closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to challenge the order in a manner known to law. 23.02.2023 cda 4/6
