2. This petition to restore W.P.No.20579 of 2019 which was dismissed for non-prosecution vide order dated 10.12.2021, is allowed.

3. Post the writ petition under the caption "for orders" on 28.07.2025.

4. In the meantime, the learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to serve all the papers in the writ petition including the counter affidavit filed by the respondents on the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents.
