ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioner.

2. The petitioner is the husband, who has filed H.M.O.P.No.1166 of 2023 before the Family Court, Coimbatore. The petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of the said H.M.O.P.

3. In view of the limited relief sought for in this revision, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the grievance of the petitioner is that though the application in I.A.No.2 of 2024 has been taken out regarding transfer of school, where the minor child is studying, the said application has become infructuous. However, to dispose of the same, the matter has been posted for enquiry in the said application. He further, states that the Interlocutory Application can be closed even before this Court and a direction may be issued to the Family Court, Coimbatore to expedite the trial of 2/4

H.M.O.P.No.1166 of 2023.

5. Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, the Family Court, Coimbatore, shall close the said I.A.No.2 of 2024 as infructuous and proceed with the trial of H.M.O.P.No.1166 of 2023.

6. Considering the fact that the pleadings have already been completed, the trial shall commence without any further delay and the Family Court, Coimbatore, shall dispose of the main H.M.O.P.No.1166 of 2023 on or before 31.01.2026.
