2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for applicant that in the first paragraph of the order dated 01.11.2021 instead of Raja Annamalaipuram Branch, Chennai, Purasaiwalkam branch may be directed to accept the deposit. Hence, the first paragraph of the order shall read as follows:

'This application has been filed to accept the deposit made by the applicant in fixed deposit for a value of Rs.34,69,347/- from Equitas Bank, Purasaiwalkam Branch, Chennai and thereby record compliance of order dated 01.10.2021.'

Registry is directed to make necessary correction and issue fresh order copy.
