This petition is filed seeking to implead the petitioners as party to the respondents in this Writ Petition.

2. The main Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to renew the fishing rights granted to the writ petitioner from 01.07.2023 to 30.06.2024. The petitioners herein, who are hailing from the same Village, want to come on record on the ground that the petitioner in the guise of exercising the fishery rights is dumping chicken and vegetable waste into the Village and causing pollution.

3. It is the further case of the petitioners that a request for granting lease to the petitioners was rejected by the Panchayat Union by its resolution No.11 dated 28.04.2022.
