ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the Respondents 1 & 2 to execute the Non-Bailable Warrant issued in STC.No.157 of 2019 dated 13.08.2021 pending on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Thittakudi against 3rd Respondent herein.

2. The Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that the prayer sought for in the Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
