ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was remanded to judicial custody on 19.08.2021 for the offence under Section 302 of I.P.C., in Cr.No.580 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner along with the other accused used to tap petrol from the deceased bike illegally and when the same was questioned by the deceased, they committed murder of the deceased. The petitioner is arrayed as A2. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is a history sheeted accused and would further submit that A1 in the case has already been detained under Act 14 of 1982. 5.Considering the nature of the allegations levelled against the petitioner and the fact that A1 in the case has already been detained under Act 14 of 1982, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
