PRAYER: Original Petition filed under Section 3, 7 to 10 and 25 of the Guardian and Wards Act, 1890 read with Order XXI Rule (2) & (3) of the Original Side Rules and Clause 17 of Letters Patent, prays that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to - i) appoint the petitioner as the sole legal guardian of person of the minor daughter G.Thanishka Shree aged 2 years and 1 month. ii) pass an order granting the petitioner permanent custody of the minor daughter G.Thanishka Shree and iii) pass such other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper to the circumstances of the case and thus render justice. 1/3
