ORDER

(The Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J) The Writ Petition is heard through video conferencing. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner Mr.F.Sebastian would state that during the pendency of this Writ Petition, the respondents have issued a lock and seal notice. The petitioner has a proposal to prefer a special revision before the Government. On that score, the learned counsel seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the submissions and the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
