The suit has been filed for recovery of money.

Excepting for the respondents / defendants 6, 8 and 10 who are residing outside the jurisdiction of this Court, all other respondents/defendants and the Applicant/plaintiff are residing only at Chennai within the jurisdiction of this Court. The major part of the cause of action arose only within the jurisdiction of this Court. Therefore, this Court is inclined to grant leave as prayed for.

3. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for. Registry is directed to number the suit if it is otherwise in order.
