The petition is filed to quash the complaint in Crime No.36 of 2023 on the file of the 1st respondent police.
2. The certain factual aspects been canvassed in the quash petition alleging that the dispute is purely civil in nature but criminality been given.
3. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the 1st respondent states that in view of the interim stay granted, the police is unable to investigate the complaint. The police will proceed with the final report only if there is any cognizable offence is made out during the course of investigation or else refer charge sheet as per law.
4. Recording the same, the petition to quash is dismissed with direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation within a period of three months, from the date of receipt of copy of this order and file report in accordance with law and material collected in the course of investigation. 2/4
