ORDER

The prayer in this Criminal Original Petition is to file a final report.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the Government of Tamil Nadu (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents would submit that it is a man missing complaint and the matter is pending from 2023 and they will follow the dictum of this Court in K.Sukumari Vs. the Superintendent of Police, & ors. reported in 2018 2 LW 636 and will file final report in accordance with law.

3. In view thereof, by directing the respondent Police to follow the circular dated 31.01.2005 on the directions issued by this Court in K.Sukumari's case cited supra, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. 29-06-2026 vum 2/4
