O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.07.2021. 2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner belong to below poverty class and out of the hard earned meagre amount she bought the house situated at No.12844, Kannagi Nagar, Okkiyam, Thoraipakkam, Chennai for an amount of Rs.35,000/- from one Santhanam through an agent namely, Ravi. Thereafter certain persons approached the petitioner and asked her to vacate the house and the petitioner was unable to trace the person who sold the house to her.

Thereafter, the petitioner made representation to the respondent along with relevant documents and since the same was not considered, has filed this writ petition.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a poor lady and out of the hard earned money, she purchased the dwelling unit without knowing

the consequenses. He would further submit that during the pendancy of the writ petition, the petitioner's representation was considered by the respondent and her claim was rejected vide order dated 21.01.2021. Hence this Court may close this writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh writ petition challenging the rejection order dated 21.01.2021. 4.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents raise no serious objection for this Court considering the request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 5.In view of the limited request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh writ petition challenging the rejection order dated 21.01.2021. No costs.
