This petition is filed to condone the delay of 176 days in re-presenting the papers in Review Petition SR.No.650 of 2023 on the file of this Court.

2. Heard Mr.J.Sudhakaran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.V.Ravi, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered.

4. The Registry is directed to number the review application, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
