ORDER

Today, when this criminal original petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent police submitted that the investigation of the case in Crime No.16 of 2021 was completed and Final Report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tambaram on 25.07.2023 and the said Final Report has also been taken on file in P.R.C.No.34 of 2023 on 14.08.2023.

2. Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent police, this criminal original petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid Final Report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tambaram. The learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tambaram shall take the Final Report on file, if it is otherwise in order.
