This petition has been filed to amend the cause title of the petitioner name in the present writ petition.

2. Even though the above writ petition is allowed, it will only cure the cause title of the writ petition and it will not reflect in the award passed by the Industrial Tribunal in I.D.No.181/2019 dated 17.02.2021 & I.D.No.04/2021 dated 21.01.2022. It is for the petitioner to file any amendment petition before the concerned Labour Court to amend the cause title accordingly.

3. With the above observation, this petition is disposed.
