ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner and his friend Shanmugam.

2. Today, Mr.C.Albi Simon, Sub-Inspector of Police, K10, Koyambedu Police Station is present.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner had cheated the prosecution.

4. It is reported that on the complaint given by one Amalraj, the petition enquiry is pending and a direction not to harass cannot be granted.
