The above application in A.No.1128 of 2025 in C.S.No.947 of 2008 has been filed to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased second defendant P.Kalyana Kumar as proposed defendants 6, 7 and 8. 2.

The proposed defendants are already on record in C.S.No.353 of 2009 as defendants 6, 7 and 8 in their capacity as legal representatives of the deceased second defendant therein P.Kalyanakumar. 3.

The learned counsel, who had entered appearance on their behalf in C.S.No.353 of 2009 is also present and has no objection. 4.

In view of the above, the application in A.No.1128 of 2025 in C.S.No.947 of 2008 is allowed. Necessary amendment to be carried out in the cause title in C.S.No.947 of 2008.
