Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the First Respondent to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 12.02.2018 for rectifying the error crept in, in respect of lands to an extent of 0.48.50 hectares in Survey No.825/2 Part New T.S. No.6 in of Hosur Town, Krishnagiri District, within the time to be stipulated by this Court, pursuant to the proceedings of the Second Respondent issued in Na.Ka.2879/2016/B3, dated 22.06.2017.
