The petitioner seeks a direction for early disposal of the suit in O.S.No. 169 of 2013 pending on the file of the District Munsif Court, Katpadi from the E-Court website printouts.

2. It could be seen that the suit which was posted in the special list on 08.06.2017 has been adjourned indefinitely.

3. In view of the same, there will be a direction to the learned District Munsif, Katpadi, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No. 169 of 2013 within a period of 8 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
