This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court on 17.11.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.17123 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.23173 of 2022 that the petitioner should report before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e., 1st working day of English calender month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
