C.M.P.No. 18976 of 2019 in CRP.No.3703 of 2013 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY. J., This petition is filed by the petitioners to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the first petitioner in C.R.P.No.3703 of 2013.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for both sides.

3. Considering the submission made by both sides counsel and having regard to the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the petition the present petition is allowed.
