C.M.P.No.18978 of 2019 in CRP.No.3703 of 2013 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY. J., This petition is filed to bring on record the following person viz., D.Narasimhan, No.16, Undaravada Perumal Sannathi Street, Uthiramerur, Kanchipuram as the legal representative of deceased first petition as 6th petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for both sides.

3. Considering the submission made by both sides counsel and having regard to the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the petition the present petition is allowed.

4. Post the matter after two weeks.
