W.A.No.1090 of 2020, dated 04.02.2021 and the order passed in W.P.No.14240 of 2022, dated 15.6.2022.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to approve the appointment of the petitioner as Secondary Grade Teacher in the 4th respondent school w.e.f 03.10.2017, with all consequential benefits on the basis of the proposal, dated 24.03.2018 submitted by the 4th respondent school, in the light of the order passed in W.P.No.3189 of 2020, dated 26.02.2020 and the same was confirmed in W.A.No.1090 of 2020, dated 04.02.2021 and the order passed in W.P.No.14240 of 2022, dated 15.06.2022.

2.It is the contention of the petitioner that despite proposal has been sent by the 4th respondent School to the 2nd respondent for approval of appointment of the petitioner, however, the same has not been considered. 3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that no proposal is pending with the 2nd respondent as Page No.2 of 4

contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner. If any proposal is received, the same will be considered on merits. 4.In such view of the matter, it is for the 4th respondent School to send a proposal to the 2nd respondent. If any proposal is received from the 4th respondent School, the 2nd respondent shall consider the same and pass order on merits, within a period of two months, from the date of receipt of a copy of the proposal.

5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
