The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn. He has also addressed a letter dated 01.03.2017 to the Registry, seeking permission to withdraw the Writ Petition. 2.

In view of the letter dated 01.03.2017 given by the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected WMPs are closed.
