By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final hearing.

The Writ Petition is filed praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to sanction the Education Loan, based on the representation of the petitioner, dated 20.07.2016.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner in order to pursue her further studies, namely, B.E. Civil Engineering, after completing XII Standard, approached the respondent bank seeking education loan. But, her grievance is the same has not been considered by the Bank so far. 4.

Learned Counsel appearing for the respondent Bank would submit that no such application was never received by the respondent bank. He would further submit that the application form for applying education loan is available in the Net and the petitioner can make use of the same and apply for the education loan and if she makes any such application, it will be considered by the respondent bank as per the IBA Regulations. 5.

Recording the said submission made by the learned Counsel appearing for the respondent Bank, the petitioner is directed to apply for education loan freshly, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

thereafter, the respondent bank will consider the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks thereafter.

The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
