This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall stay at Tirunelveli and report before the Inspector of Police, Palayamkottai Police Station, everyday 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.14437 of 2023, by order dated 28.06.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
