Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India for issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 1 st respondent in connection with the impugned order passed by him in RC No. E2/9817/97 dated 4.4.2000 and REf.D.Dis.K1/1739/06 dated 23-10-2008 and quash the same and direct the respondents to restore the patta already granted in favour of the petitioner in respect of Survey NO. 28/2. an extent of 7.20 acres in Nelimi village of Sriperumbudur Taluk Kancheepuram District and grant her all consequential benefits of restoring the name of the petitioner in revenue records.
