2. It is not necessary to dilate on the reason for delay as Mr.S.Ramanathan, learned counsel from Chambers of Mr.S.Raja Ravi Varma, counsel on record for respondent very fairly submits that CoD prayer can be acceded to, he has no objection / he is not opposing the prayer, learned counsel has also made an endorsement to this effect in the case file and a scanned reproduction of the same is as follows: https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Page Nos.1/2
