C.M.P.No.18460 of 2023 C.M.P.No.18460 of 2023 in C.M.A.SR.No.80192 of 2023 (Filing Number) M.SUNDAR, J., and K.GOVINDARAJAN THILAKAVADI, J., [Order of this Court was made by M.SUNDAR,J] Captioned 'Civil Miscellaneous Petition' [hereinafter 'CMP' for the sake of convenience and clarity] has been filed with a 'Condonation of Delay' [hereinafter 'CoD' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity] prayer qua 3 days delay in filing the captioned CMA SR.No.80192 of 2023 which is a Statutory Appeal under Section 19(1) of 'the Family Courts Act, 1984 (66 of 1984)' [hereinafter 'FC Act' for the sake of convenience and clarity].

It is not necessary to dilate on the reason for delay as Mr.S.Ramanathan, learned counsel from Chambers of Mr.S.Raja Ravi Varma, counsel on record for respondent very fairly submits that CoD prayer can be acceded to, he has no objection / he is not opposing the prayer, learned counsel has also made an endorsement to this effect in the case file and a scanned reproduction of the same is as follows: https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Page Nos.1/2

3. We place on record our appreciation to Mr.S.Ramanathan, learned counsel for the fair stand and say that our task of disposal of COD prayer is cut-out and simplified.
